Guardian Consent is required for EVERY player.
Players cannot participate until their individual form is submitted.
Payment Option (Invoice)
If you would like to pay by invoice in 4 recurring payments, this option requires approval. The team captain must email Admin@aceva.au from the captain email.

Register Your Team
Team captain registers and pays for the team (max 10 players). After registration, share the guardian form link with all parents/guardians.

  • Fixtures, results and ladder posted online
Important: Guardian consent form must be completed for every player before participation.
